3. Sharpening for llamas or alpacas
For those clipping or shearing camelids, an edge that
works for most livestock may not last as long with llamas
or alpacas. We find it takes double the grinding and
lapping time to get the “right” cutting edge for these.
We charge only an extra $1.00 for a llama/alpaca blade
set or comb. This excludes top blades and cutters.

1. To clean dirty blades
Applies to blades, combs or
cutters we receive that have dirt,
wool, hair, lanolin or manure on
them, which we have to clean.
Before you send them to us, first
clean with soap and water. Then
dry and apply a coating of oil.

2. To recondition or fix light rust
Applies to blades, combs or cutters
that have been damaged by others—
and thus require extra machine time.
Also applies if rusted—but we can’t
do much with severe rust.

fine grit and years of experience.

Freight charges—
to return your blades
Return freight is required. Premier will return resharpened
packages via ground service unless you ask us to rush them
(which will cost you extra $$).
Each shipping cost below applies to any number of combs/
cutters or blades. Cost is based on weight of the package.

Note: Issuing refund checks for small amounts is expensive. Therefore, if the
amount you send us is more than necessary and less than $20, we will include a
credit note on your invoice that you can apply against future goods and services.

blade set for a new Premier blade set for only $31 (plus
shipping). You save $10 (compared to a new blade set)
plus a $7 cost to resharpen the used Lister blades.
Note: Super Surgical and XtraCover blades can be included
in the offer. Super Surgicals will then be $45 and XtraCovers
will be $33.
Must it be an exact upgrade?
No. Any Lister® blade may be exchanged for any
Premier blade.
Why only Lister® blades?
Because they are the only blades that will interchange
(fit the same machines) with Premier blades.
