SureFoot® FootBath
Trim hooves and walk animals through treated footbaths to combat hoof rot and scald
Prevention is much easier than eradication!
Bringing animals onto the farm—quarantine new stock for at least 3 weeks. Trim hooves and treat in foot baths. This applies to stock that have been away for breeding, shows or brought in from another flock.
Continue to monitor and check stock for hoof issues. Treat at first sign of infection and quarantine the infected animal.
• Flexible side flanges
So they’ll fit into treatment chutes (see our website) 18" to 20.5" wide.
• Tapered sides
TOP PICK
Baths stack for shipping and storage.
• Unique “Y-design” floor pattern
Provides traction and reduces slippage. For even more grip, place a layer of crushed gravel inside.
• 47" long; 20.5" wide at the top, tapering to 18" at the bottom
Long enough for individual animal treatment or for use in treatment chutes (left). Use 2 foot baths together (total length 8 ft) to prevent sheep from trying to jump over a treatment bath.
• Elevated sides and ends
All 4 sides are 7" tall. Elevated sides reduce fluid loss.
SureFootTM Foot Bath Durable foot bath to help in the treatment of foot rot and/or foot scald in sheep and goats.
Flexible sides fit most treatment chutes.

Add a thin (1") layer of crushed rock
Rock increases foot traction and reduces splashing of water.
Add water solution
Mix 1/2 cup of Premier FootCare (p. 72) per 5 gal of water. Change mixture every 300 head.
Add old wool
Disguises the look of water (which sheep fear) and reduces splashing and spillage.
