• Tallest electric wildlife exclusion nets available
PermaNet 19/68/3– Lowest live strand is just 4" above the soil. Verticals are
every 3". Very effective against most wildlife species if installed properly.
More difficult to install and maintain than all other nets because of its
height and weight/ft of length. Also more affected by wind, snow and ice.
PermaNet 12/68/6– Lowest live strand is 6" above soil. Verticals every 6".
Less cost and weight/ft of length than 19/68/3 due to fewer verticals and
horizontals. Also easier to install. Less prone to sagging between posts.

Use an energizer with a high joule output because these nets
have many energized wires close to the soil and are therefore likely
to experience high weed contact.

Weed contact on the net will increase over time and reduce available pulse energy. It will be
necessary to stop vegetation growing into the fence—either by spraying a strip of herbicide or by
mowing and relocating the net.
If you don’t do this, all versions of PermaNet will disappoint.
Monitor the voltage levels. It should be above 2000 volts if the soil is moist and 3000 volts if
the soil is dry.
If the fence is near trees, check it after high winds and remove any fallen branches and debris.
