Vegetation must be controlled for all poultry netting to remain most effective.
So either move it and mow as needed during the growing season or spray herbicide along the bottom strand of the net.
If you can’t or won’t do this, PermaNet fencing will disappoint you.

PermaNet® Plus 12/48/3
A semi-permanent 48" tall electric net fence. Ideal for boundary or subdivision fences that will be moved infrequently. Thick posts maintain tension well over time.
The most common use of PermaNet Plus is around coops or poultry houses for fences that are seldom moved. The added strength of the posts is needed to reduce sagging.
Closer post spacing of “Plus” nets makes them the best choice for fences that involve curves, dips and rises, or when aesthetics are a concern.
