For semi-permanent fences Moved Seasonally
PermaNet® 48"
KEEPS
OUT…
Designed as a solution for our farms. Why?
We developed PermaNet 10/48/6 to act as a ”perimeter” until permanent fence could be
built on a fenceless farm. It’s still in use because we can install 1/2 mile of livestock, dog
and coyote-resistant fence in hours instead of days.
All-season foraging
A semi-permanent fence—moved
seasonally. Truly a proven product. Miles
of PermaNet have been used for years at
Premier—365 days a year, all 4 seasons
(it’s designed for this).
• Taller than other sheep/goat nets.
Better containment and deterrence.
• Long, thick spikes anchor netting and
are wind and time resistant.
• Thick PVC posts with fiberglass “ribs”
support net mesh all season long with
minimal (if any) tensioning required.
• We install/take down with a partner
to minimize wear and tear on the
net—and shepherd.
Putting PermaNet to work…
•
Sites with installation problems for
permanent wire fences (hills, rocks,
curves, trees, no machine access).
•
Boundary fences for ponds, orchards,
gardens, cropland.
•
Perimeter fences on leased land—take
your fence investment with you when
the lease ends.
•
Interim boundary fence until a
permanent fence is installed.
•
•
To protect stored feed supplies.
Sites with soils that shift due to frost
or water-table changes, which make it
difficult to keep wire fences taut.

PermaNet® 10/48/6
This 48" net is best used where
installing permanent fence is difficult
or time constrained. Adapts well to all
terrain types.

*Pos/Neg (PN) FOR DRY SOIL
+
Use Pos/Neg netting in dry soils, brown
–
grass, or snow. It can overcome the
fence circuit’s lack of conductivity (see p. 08).
You will also need a PowerLink (below).

Though you can set it up solo, handling heavy (>20
lb) netting is best with two people. This distributes the
weight and makes installation easier.
CA residents see p. 106 for Prop 65 Warning.
